When can I expect my art proof?

You can expect your artwork proof within 48 hours of purchase. From time to time there may be a delay for a number of reasons. One of our designers will reach out to you with an update as soon as possible. 

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes. For all personalized products we can change or cancel an order within 1 hour of placing your order. 

What type of pictures should I send?

We ask that you send in 3 pictures. Here are a few tips of the type of pictures that will give you the best outcome. 

1. Well lit photos with even lighting . Natural lighting or a room that is very well lit is best. 
2. Make sure your pet is looking straight into the camera. Try to avoid overhead shots.
3. The more of the face and neck that is showing the better. 

How long will it take to ship my order?

You will receive your artwork proof by email within 48 hours of placing your order. Once you approve the artwork your product will ship within 3-5 days.

Can I return my product if I am unhappy with it?

Because the products that Paw Prints Custom Gifts offers are only personalized products we are not able to offer returns and refunds. We collaborate with you to get the best possible results. You should receive a proof to review within 48 hours of your order for your approval. 

However, if your order arrived damaged from shipping, we will replace it. 

Order arrived damaged? Please send a photo of the damaged item to pawprintscustomgifts@gmail.com and we will get working on a replacement for you. You should expect to hear from our customer care team within 24 hours.
